Happy New Year 2017 and Welcome to My Career Trials, Tribulations and Triumphs Blog!

Welcome to my blog! Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by my career planning website. If you have taken the time to browse, then you must be as serious about your career as I am. So, as we plan to make a grand entrance into 2017, I plan to re think a lot of things in terms of what I plan to do differently to take my career to the next level and what I will and will not tolerate in the workplace. As I continue to develop this blog, you will discover funny and not so funny work related commentary, stories about different friends who have given me permission to share their work related trials, tribulations and triumphs. I especially take interest in stories when good trumps evil in the workplace.

Most of us go to work every day and we want to contribute to the mission, develop good working relationships with our colleagues and call it a day. And on some days, whether it's toxic management or colleagues looking to climb the ladder by any means necessary - you are faced with obstacles in trying to just get through the day without pulling your hair out!

So, how do you do it? Hopefully, through the stories that I will post and my commentary, you will see a little bit of yourself, or someone you know and you'll be able to take something away from their experiences that will be helpful to you and ultimately encouraging and inspiring. And funny too!
